I wanna take this opportunity to affirm my sheep Shen Da. I'll be honest and let in on you guys that Shen Da was never an easy person to shepherd from day one. He'd call me at least three to four times a week to ask me difficult questions and tell me many problems. From that, you can already tell that he's someone who strives to be accountable to his shepherd. But the frequency of problems part was quite a headache still. However, the change was when he called me this week and told me he experienced the joy of repentance and living with God's presence. I could sense that immense joy level and this time it wasn't some big problem I had to resolve. All I could do was be glad, be proud and share his joy with him. He's also someone who takes deliberate effort to appreciate me and others in several ways. Shen Da, you have truly grown! (:
