you made me :)
Alright, i had a hard time of thinking how to start writing this entire post. :)But as the title of this post goes, it's simply the people mentioned below have made me smile throughout this week whenever I think about your name. :D If you happen not to see your name, it does not imply that you are insignificant but just that I am only limited to 24 hours and I just haven't found the time to hear about you. But believe me, i would want to hear about all of your lives in some way or another. :)
So here we go,
Jun Jie: Thanks for taking the effort to drop me a simple message last night asking what you could pray for me. Far more than simply asking me what you could pray for me, you went the effort and mile to type down your prayer for me. (Though I was awaken by it) Honestly, I really appreciate it. You are someone who has been very encouraging through your encouragement cards and honestly because of this, you have strengthen many people. Your encouragement cards broke the walls in relationship. Your encouragement made me felt that I am not alone in this. Thank You for running alongside with me by your little encouragement cards and prayers. This is why i :) when i think of you.
Kenneth: Young boy who doesn't belong to my generation. Curdely but truthfully put, I am close to a decade older than you. However, you have never failed to put a :) on my face by your decisions. I still remember that we were on the bus and you were contemplating if you should go for retreat or spend time with you Dad. Knowing that you are someone who likes to play, the decision that you made to go out with Dad and not to go for retreat really meant a lot to you. Yet, I'm honestly proud of you that you have made a matured decision. :) On top of that I heard that you were explaining to Sian Tai about the needs things yesterday? Though i did not see it, but i must salute you of your courage. Honestly, I know that things haven't come easy for you these few months where you met with things which you did not expect from people. But just one encouragement for you like what we said last night. We personally know that God is real in our lives in some way or another, if God never gives up on us, then i think in the same way we should not ask well. All in all, I smile at you because you are one of those few that i can see child like faith in you. Sometimes your child like faith and decision smack me real hard that i cannot grow old in my child like faith. :) Xie Xie!
Vivien: Heys Woman! You never know how much :) i had in my heart ever since we had the talked at the swing in Canbera park few days ago! I honestly :) because of the fact that you started to share more of your life with me! More than what you do in ministry, I'm glad to know you as a person and friend! You are someone who i honestly believe that God can use you to do far greater things that you can imagine as long you continue to depend on God. I'm with you together to face those giants that are standing in your lives! :D You are very much appreciated!
Rachel: Oh my. You are impressive. You are awesome. You are amazing. I am not kidding! Those are the few words that come into my mind when i think about you! Rachel, i think i got to know you more only through these two weeks. The Rachel that i know now, is certainly one woman who i will say that if there's any guy who wants to marry, you are the one that they should look towards! Why? You are someone with great integrity- you know what i mean, :) Far beyond that, you are someone who sees the value of people meeting God more important that our wants - at this you also know what i mean. Rachel, i cannot help but to :) when i think about you simply because i know that you are someone who is loyal to God and i know that you are loyal to your leaders and myself. Thank you for your loyalty. I :) when i think of you. Finally, you are someone of great influence. Let your influence be proportional to your walk with God!
Irina: I cannot help but to smile when i think of you. Though there were times i saw your struggle but it's because you struggle and your grew out of it victoriously with God! This is why i :). Your decision to change your blog url to what you decide to post and even the recent talk we had at concord makes me realize you desire to choose to be right before God! You struggle, but through your struggles you certainly become the woman of God. i :) when i think of you,
Jinlin: Heys woman! You have certainly moved beyond your comfort zones. It's extremely evident. I would just highlight one thing that caught my attention which was the book you did for your ID:JC2 life group! You went the mile to get the construction papers and meticulously cut and paste it over the simple notebook. What looks simple went through your hands became beautiful. Though it was just one action, i must say that i :) because i know that we have a leader in ID:JC who goes beyond her comfort zone for her people!
Yiyong: My dearest BYY! :D there are many things that i can :) because of your decision. Really, i know that many things don't always come easy on your especially when you have your studies, family and even ministry. You are limited, but the fact that you went to Lucas house last Saturday morning before going for holy com duty really amazed me. Number one, holy com duty is freaking early already but you still made the effort to go to your sheep house and find him? That means it is even earlier. Though i may not see you often, but i know deep in my heart that you are loyal and committed to see the vision come to pass. Do or die, i know that you will make sure a strong community of Marsiling people rise up! What do i have to worry when i already know that i have a leader that is committed to the vision of God. Thank You for being a reliable leader, brother and friend! I honestly love that fact that no matter how many times you were beaten down you never give up! You could continue to pursue the fame that you had in school through CCA, STUDIES and so much more. But you allow God to take the throne of your life because you know that God alone is enough. Thank You. I :) when i think of you!
Xin Ru: Woman, we have been in the same DMM for like god know how many years. Considering the current ID4, you are my most longest committed (by force) member and friend. There is something that you did recently that has embedded a deep impression in my heart. It was when you took the time to message Joshua with regards to what you can continue to grow in so that you can lead your people better. That's humility man and pushing your limits to grow. On top of that, I want to thank you for your very nice encouragement card that you gave me outside EDO sushi at sun plaza. It's still in my wallet! I :) because i know that i have this female leader who is determine to grow so that she can lead her people better. You have a heart that wants to do many things, but you choose to match your hands that the heart expectation. Though the road is going to be tough because there are many things that are beyond your comfort zone but just want to assure you that we are here to grow with you together!
Joshua: Now i wonder if i actually have wrote anything for you. You are someone who has the hunger to learn. To learn doesn't mean to just listen but to have to sallow your pride down when you thought you were doing things the right way. You have made a lot of effort to improve in the style of your teaching and many of us would agree that you did an fantastic job in the recent ID:JC huddle! On top of that you are someone who choose to meet my needs despite your limitation. I still remember that i was having cough just a week ago when we were meeting at AMK. You used your own money and buy me the cough sweets. Though it was a small thing, but from the depth of my heart i knew that it was a big thing for you. Thank You for meeting my needs. I smile because i know that we have a leader that is willing to learn and change plus someone who is sensitive to others need. (I'm lousy at that) Oh yes, before i end. I admire your courage to force yourself to face your giant. Which is to play soccer at the youth UL gathering. I knw that was really out of your comfort zone like mad, but you choose to do it though not being good at it simply because you want to learn how to be flexible as a leader. :) Thanks!
Sean: I know that you are beside me while i type this. So if you are looking at it now, (which you just did and you are looking at it now and then put your head down). I want to say that if there was someone who i feel that could stand up to lead your generation onwards (1995-1997) it would be you. Don't look down on yourself because your willingness goes beyond your limitation. You have a trait of great leaders in that I've observed. Which is the hunger and humility to learn. You are one of those few that i would say that is DESPERATE enough to want to learn and grow. You are one of those that shouts 'INVEST IN ME' through your actions. So tell me, how to not resist to not invest in your life. This is why i am staying over at your house now and watching world cup with you together! Don't just let your actions say it only, let your words be loud. So young one, i really don't know who will stand up to lead your generation (1995-1997) but i sure hope that you will be one of those that will rise up from north to take the lead. Revive whatever that was lost in man. Man was created to win. Yet your generation in my opinion is somehow just weak Won't you take up the lead with few others who can be alongside with you such as Bin Hua, Xue Qing, Irina, Crystal, Hao Wen and many others who i can't remember to start a revolution that regain what was lost to your generation. THIS GENERATION BELONGS TO NOT THOSE WHO ARE BEYOND 1995 (ME NOT INCLUDED) THIS IS YOUR GENERATION.

okay, it was supposed to be affirmation. Okay, take it as if i am affirming you people of what you all can be. But honestly, in the deepest of my deepest heart. This generation needs to know the God you knew. The God who carried you when you were alone, the God who answered your prayers, the God who forgives you and the God who gave you a second chance. Your generation needs you. You need to meet their needs!
Please never ever rise up to leadership because someone ask you to. But rather, because you are so moved by the love of God that you want to do it!
For those who i have yet still appreciate, continue waiting! It will come up in the next few days!
