(: friends like you who make my day and keep me running!
 Hello awesome ID:JC friends! (: it's been awhile since i actually last posted! Before my fingers start getting itchy, I want to really appreciate all the people that have actually taken time off to write a short post for someone else. As i've always said, we can never over encouraged or overly meet someone needs. Sometimes we get so involved in doing so many things, that we fail to actually take time off to strengthen others emotionally! So yes, to all those who have posted, i'm proud of you because YOU DID NOT HOLD BACK BUT CHOOSE TO STEP OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE TO MEET SOMEONE ELSE'S NEEDS. (:
Alright, before i start doing the stuff that i really need to get done. I want to take sometime to appreciate the following people who made my day in some ways or another (see, all we need to do is to think and make effort to write) (In order)
Clement: Honestly, i'm glad to see you today! I honestly do appreciate the fact that when we have that few random minutes we can actually spend time together! And i'm looking forward to our KFC meal tomorrow! The KFC thing started because you kept to your word of spending time with God in Vball camp though it would be tough. Clement, even today in Yos, I actually saw you taking out your bible and you decided to spend some time with God. Friend, it makes me know that we are in this relationship with God together and to be glad to see you growing closer to God day by day.
Joshua: Joshua! I don't know how do you feel about today! But I'm really glad to spend hours with you together. It was like maybe a 2-9pm? Though most of the time we were doing our own stuff, but the opportunity to spend that many hours together is something i appreciate. For one fact i know you could be 'busy' with meeting people and all but you choose to spent the time with me. From planning to CC then KTP, reading then so many things here and there. Thanks for spending time together. (: I appreciate this friendship.
Jun Jie: Though I didn't see you today, but when i was at the jap food court i used my iphone and visit our idjc blog. Friend, you have been a very encouraging brother. Keep up the good work! I know that writing affirmation for people requires time, discipline and brain juices but you gave it willingly. Because of your encouragement, i'm sure it adds strength to many people. It's great to know that i'm not cheering others alone in this race but having you around. Thank You. With you around, you make me feel fan xin! (:
Daniela (I hope i spell your name correctly): I've always wanted to really talk deep with you about your life but somehow i don't know when to actually strike a conversation with you. Remember we were talking on MSN awhile ago? Honestly, you could like what the heck but you didn't but choose to listen. I know that things ain't always easy but i sure know that God will see you through if you choose to rely on him! More importantly, i'm glad to see and spend time with you over dinner table today! You have been a great sister by ministering your presence to them. It's like you could have stayed all the way in woodlands today but you choose to accompany your life group sister yilin and travel all the way down to yishun and study with her. How i wish that i have life group member that can always give me their presence. I would surely feel honored! Thanks for strengthening with your presence!
Yi lin: Yes, you too have an awesome trait which is a good listening ear! (: Thanks for walking around with me at level three northpoint to hear my concerns for how every woman of God should be. You try to identify with what i'm trying to say and even giving me your word that you will think with me together on what we can do to build the real woman in the house of God and not those who will crumble but those that God desires and will empower. Thanks for understanding!
Irina: Girl, you have improved bit by bit. In the past, you would be like just go to bball court to play above all else. But through what you did today, you have showed me that you are maturing even more than before. You came down and do part of your work then went ahead to play bball. That's what i call taking responsibility. On top of that, i was very amazed by you when you actually took the effort to text me at 7pm asking me where am I because we made a pact to have dinner at your mum place. Honestly, you could remain silent until i call you so that you can play longer but you chose to actually keep to your word! Irina, you are indeed maturing more and more! Happy for you!
Jian Hao: Sheep ah, i appreciate the fact that you just pop up on MSN and asking me how was my day! Trust me, i know that you took deliberate effort to do it. You didn't just hear about my day but also shared with me yours. Thanks for going the mile of simply asking!
Kenneth: Ma Lao, actually even if you don't say, i know that somehow in your heart you do care and want to spend more time together. So one way you actually showed me that you care was by simply dropping me a text saying 'wait.. what can i pray for you? ( ( ( ( ( :' So sheep, thanks! I'm glad that you are maturing day by day as well and learning how to not let your emotions rule over you!
Sean: I don't know what to say but simply you are growing up as a man. (: Keep it up! Today talk with you at KTP is one of those moments i surely can remember. I'm honestly looking forward to see a Sean that's clear of what he's doing and able to be clear before God! Thanks for having an open heart. (:
Cyril: For peiing me to eat deserts and travel around Yishun with me together! (:
