stick event!
ID:JC, Do you know that before you are able to create a post, it will direct you to this page for you would want to do? Then there is this profile picture where it's filled with lushes of greens? Then it just dawn upon me that this is our second (if i'm correct?) ever ID:JC life group together. Our first LG was held at Woodlands waterfront? RMB- THAT WAS WHEN MY PHONE DROWNED AND DIED AND NEVER RETURN.
In any case, I really enjoyed the entire stick event. So i just want to give a shout out to everyone who were involved in the stick event- be it folding the bulletin, cutting the bread, ordering food, carrying the drinks, BBQ the food, serving each other, using your talents and so much more. This won't event be a success without everyone of you. :)
Finally, i just want to take this time to really affirm Debbie and Jericho for being courageous enough to tell us about your life. Honestly, it's never easy to share something that we are weak about but because both of you dare to do it this helps everyone of us to learn to be real with ourselves. We are all weak and we struggle but we need to depend on God- thanks for teaching us this lesson.
In conclusion, friends I want to remind you that this a long long journey. No matter what happens, hang on to God.
God can only hold your hand and guide you when you choose to let go of the fist. Open it up, so that he can hold your hand.
