Age is just a number.
A short time set aside to affirm our very Dear Xaiver!
This is indeed one man full of curiosity when it comes to the business of God's Kingdom. His inquisitiveness never fail to be evident whenever questions regarding God and his people makes their appearance. I have heard of stories how he kept bombarding "?" to Junjie when he did not understand what water baptism and fasting is all about. I am really amazed by his heart of learning.
Furthermore, to those who are a little closer to him would know that he has parental objections now and then, but he wouldn't simply just let it go.
"Pleaseee pleeaseee mum, just today, I promise I will return home early today" is what he will say whenever he face problems coming out. I wonder nowadays who has the courage to be so insistent like such. Very few indeed.
On a personal note: Xaiver, as your friend I am really proud of you. You have once again shown me what being hungry to learn is all about, keep this up for it will go a long long way with you. At the same time, I really want to thank you for setting yourself apart from others just by being mature when it comes to decision-makings. I am sure there were many times you could have just simply let go and "pontang" for once-but you have always being persistent in commitment in this lifegroup. To have you within our midst, *[though you often label me as gay] it is really my joy!
Lastly, I thank you for being a role model to many out there who faces the same objections, showing them that it is possible to struggle your way through and when you do your best to commit, God handles the rest. Without fail.
加油 for your examinations, do it with God!
