appreciation
no matter what angle you sit, how your colour display and how you choose to turn, I just want to say that you are appreciated.
Yet before i continue, I realized that the past few blog post has been saturated by three awesome guys namely myself, Josiah and Joshua. Guys and girls, one clue for everyone of you. If you do not write any post to appreciate someone publicly on this platform you will never have a chance say after a week later. If you guys haven't know, we are officially restructuring North this coming Saturday. Therefore, be prepared for your greatest change in your life.
Yes, before i head off to bed I just want to give few shout outs to some people whom I would like to appreciate today.
Joshua and Josiah
I guess that you guys are certainly much more busier than most of our people. Despite both of your hectic school work, ministry, life and family both of you took the deliberate effort to write for someone a post. Guys, your extra mile and love for our people is tangible. ID:JC, I really think we ought to learn from this two guys, like seriously. You have school, they have school and end later than most of you, you have homework they have homework and project deadlines to meet, you have time to play and they may not even have the time to play and yet they can choose to take time out to appreciate people. So yes, one short affirmation like Crystal by saying thanks won't harm much. Forgetfulness simply shows that how much you do care for the people after all. Both Joshua and Josiah call North, ID:JC and woodlands they group that they love unconditionally. Let's learn from them!

Kenneth, I'm really proud of you
For the number of times you do your best to listen to the word in shepherding when you are tired. You make effort to share what you learn and even come to a point taking your application point seriously. Like today, you decided to give God your best time instead of leftovers and you choose to spend time with God after you bathe.
For learning to go beyond your own needs and start to care for others. That you decided that you will want to pray for Sian Tah and even myself. Sheep, all the effort you make, I do appreciate it
For carrying my bag for me. Though half of it is you wanted to carry it. Thanks!
For learning to be tough on yourself recently and I'm proud of you because I know that you are growing to lead your emotions instead of the other way round
For being real with me and choosing not to hide things from God and myself
For meeting my need at times, that you will call me when I'm travelling back and chat with me
For waiting for me to eat even though you are hungry (many times)
You are an awesome friend and sheep.

For being my listening ear and hearing all my rants. Though some of them are not exactly always the nicest
For giving your all to your people when you could keep some for yourself
For being an awesome role model of doing your best to reach out to your friends
For taking the ownership of your spiritual life where you want to invest in a book
For humbly changing your course of actions when you know I should my disapproval because it's not the best for you or our people. Without complaining. Though i know you don't like it. For example, today's chicken chop rice and the many other times i give you the stare. I think you received quite a lot of my stares. LOL
For being willing to change in any areas that you need in your leadership
For being a committed and loyal leader to your people. Where you find Hwee Meng the other time till late.
You are surely one committed leader and child to God and his people.
When I see you, I take pride in you. For the road to come, I'm trusting that for whatever that has been built will last. (:
