just take a look and appreciate their smile
Hello my awesome lovable irritable vegetable and mind blowing ID:JC peeps!
It has been awhile since I last wrote some affirmation/appreciation for our people. The following names where you are about to read are people whom have left their set of footprints on my day. Once again, everyone of them are people that have deeply embedded a place in my heart. (:
Joshua: Honestly, it would be considered as a rare opportunity for both of us to actually have hours to spend together. A mere meet up would simply be over a table of food but we did something uncommon today where we spent an hour plus eating with action of patronizing many shops at Woodlands Checkpoint. A confession that I have to make to everyone is that I've never really walk around the shops in Checkpoint and today was my first. (: Thanks, you have actually created a memory for me at checkpoint. Sheep, you really have a humble heart that is able to take corrections. Truth be it is that many times I have to speak hard truths to you and you take it in a receptive manner and far more than that you make effort to grow in it. It's indeed a joy to be part of your life. To sum it all up, i enjoyed the time spent together today.
Debbie and Jin lin: Though it was just no more than a mere two minutes of exchanging greetings in the Library but I just want to let both of you know that it brings me great joy to see your faces. I consider it a privileged to be able to spend that few minutes with both of you at individual tables. Thanks for running this race together with me. Both of you girls are one of those that I would never remove from my heart. Because every time when i see how you keep to your faith in God no matter how tough things are, both of you simply keep me going. So girls, keep running and holding firmly to our faith in God. Appreciate you girls.
Xue Qing: I don't know you actually feel about meeting me today! But honestly, i enjoyed that short time we actually spent over at table number 22 at 888 coffee shop. More importantly, thanks for being vulnerable by sharing to me what I could pray for you. You could have said many things that would not make you look as if you are weak but you choose to be real and admit your weakness. Don't worry, I will keep you in prayer. More importantly, I appreciate the fact that you accompanied me to take 912 to Adm mrt. It was a small action but filled with much appreciation. Seeing how you grow makes my heart melt before God.
Wai Keong: Trust me, as long you keep holding on to your persistence and diligence I'm certain that God will bless you. Simply, you reap what you sow. Looking at how discipline you are assures me that you are a consistent person. (: Keep it up! I know exams are daunting but hang on there, friend! (:
Junjie: Your willingness to let me drink a mouth of ice mountain quench my thirst. Thanks! You are surely one of the few encouraging people i have met in my life. Continue to lift up people because when you do that you will be refreshed. I'm looking forward to breakfast in awhile! (:
Joey, Clarrisa and Daniella: For simple listening and laughing at my age jokes. (: Girls, whenever i see you i am assured that you girls will keep the community alive. Girls, you are special in your way and never compare with others but learn to be contented. I really appreciate you girls for who you are. For the many laughters you bring (Daniella), food you willingly provide (Joey) and welcoming spirit (Clarrisa). You girls have your way to win a place in my heart. (: Thanks!
Yi Lin and Viven: So happy to see you guys. (: Because I know both of you go through a lot leading the people but your love for the people never fails to assure me that I can entrust this awesome group in both of your hands. You girls are very much appreciated (:
Cyril and Sean plus Kenneth(yours again later lah): For making effort to plan for wonderful juda birthday. Cyril, you are one most loving shepherd, seriously. Three cats, thanks for loving your life group members beyond words but with your actions. Sean, I know that you honestly go all the way for your people and I want to say your efforts are not wasted. They can feel it (:
Kenneth O: Thanks and Sorry. (: you know why I say that. You have certainly went through quite a fair bit recently that many times it will enclose you to a point where you have resolute a decision for God. I know that many times the decision you will have to make it isn't something you honestly like but we know that it's God's best for you. As much as i know you don't like it, we still have to do it because we want to live a life that brings a smile on God's face and we want him to be in our lives. So sheep, don't you ever dare let go and give up. If not i will really kick your balls. So yes, time to balls up and get it working man. Toughen up and choose God and not the world. You have listed your world today and my challenge for you is simply to be a normal Christian. Finally, you are appreciated lah. (:
Irina: Girl, you are one of those that I will surely not forget even if i aged. Simply because you are one of those girls that i see struggling so badly but at the end of day surrender to God. I know that many times meeting me is a horror but for the way you choose to be repentant is something that makes me enjoy this race with you. So yes, enough was said and yes I want to see this princess of God growing up and mature. (:
Elton: I know you are a sticky boy. you don't say it but i know it. shamelessly i know that if you could spend your day with me, you will do it. Honestly, spending time with you is enjoyable because you are an awesome ear for my heart and will keep me company. Nah, you ain't my maid or anything but just a man that i enjoy spending time with. I really like one statement you make today: I don't care if they like me or not cause I want them to grow. so yes, thanks!
