RUN RUN RUN!
i wanna affirm 2 people from today's W program :)
Crystal and Clarissa! :D
for crystal, she can't run really long distance, cause she will feel nausea and vomit. it happened at one of her 2.4 run and she's really worried.
but today, she managed to complete the whole run without stopping and nothing happened to her! somehow, i think at some point of time, crystal feel like giving up and just walk, but no, she just ran all the way. maybe you'll think "of course will run well, she's from npcc.." but crystal really hates to run distance, tons of reasons for not to run, but in the end, she choose to challenge herself and complete the race. :)
for clarissa, she's tends to give up when she do things that she hate, like running.. HAHA! but clarissa also ran all the way, without stopping. which is so unlike clar, because she will just give up and walk, but she choose to keep persevering and complete the run. i really like the part when she says, "YEAH! i finish running without stopping, first time lei!" :)
